My game session got interrupted, what should I do?

If you play one of our social games, but something went wrong—like your connection dropped, the app crashed or froze, or you accidentally closed it—no worries!  

You can always check how you did by going to Game History in your account. Just log in, click the menu in the top right, and pick Game History from the list.

If you experience the game interruption frequently here are some steps that you can do on your own that might help resolve the trouble:  

    • Make sure your internet connection is strong and stable.  

    • Close any unnecessary apps or programs running in the background.  

    • Keep your device updated with the latest system software.  

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.  

    • Restart your device.
